Isn’t that a wild statistic? It makes total sense from a moat standpoint. I always thought the cost of renovating to historic preservation standards would outweigh the higher ADR, but this makes way more sense

Confession - I stole a hand towel in Mexico to keep my daughter’s wet swimsuit from soaking my other clothes 🙈
ok ok but that was for a real reason! ;) We did The Arizona Biltmore for Christmas and the history, scenery, and weather - amazing!!
